Turmeric Ginger Lemon Tonic

This powerful anti-inflammatory tonic supports digestion, strengthens immunity, and boosts energy naturally. It’s perfect for fighting colds, reducing inflammation, and improving overall wellness. This is an easy, no-heat method, it preserves the raw nutrients of all the ingredients.



Ingredients:


  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, chopped (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped

  • Juice of 1 whole lemon

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne ( boosts circulation & metabolism)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory & supports immunity)

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder or freshly grated ginger (aids digestion)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon ( balances blood sugar & adds warmth)

  • Pinch of black pepper(enhances turmeric absorption)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (balances acidity)

  • Sea salt to taste (optional)


Instructions:


  • Blend everything: Add water, turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, honey and black pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.

  • Strain (optional): Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp (if desired).

  • Store & Serve: Pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to 30 days. Shake well before drinking. Are you?

  • Take 1-2 tbsp daily as a wellness shot.

  • Mix with warm or cold water for a refreshing tonic
