Turmeric Ginger Lemon Tonic

This powerful anti-inflammatory tonic supports digestion, strengthens immunity, and boosts energy naturally. It’s perfect for fighting colds, reducing inflammation, and improving overall wellness. This is an easy, no-heat method, it preserves the raw nutrients of all the ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water
1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, chopped (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)
1 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1 tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)
Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne ( boosts circulation & metabolism)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory & supports immunity)
1/2 tsp ginger powder or freshly grated ginger (aids digestion)
1/4 tsp cinnamon ( balances blood sugar & adds warmth)
Pinch of black pepper(enhances turmeric absorption)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (balances acidity)
Sea salt to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Blend everything: Add water, turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, honey and black pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
Strain (optional): Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp (if desired).
