RETURN & REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other
circumstances. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please check all addresses carefully. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. We can send a new package back to you (at our discretion) and will charge you only the shipping and handling fee.

PERISHABLES
We do not accept returns or exchanges of perishable items. Please check the jar label for instructions and expiration date, products may need to be refrigerated upon delivery.

All sauces are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality and to arrive in great condition. We pack all orders with ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment. If your product arrives broken or damaged please call us and we will assess the matter case by case.
